I do not speak English good, so… Soon you will be blessed with a beautiful baby and he will brighten your lives every day. You will no sleep, you will worry more, but it will be the best experience ever, because you will see to grow a healthy, intelligent and loving little boy, through the teachings and love, that I know, you will offer him. I am so excited for you two and your families as you wait for your little boy to bless this world. I can’t tell you how excited I was when you announced your pregnancy as I too was pregnant with my 1st baby. I know what it’s like to be older and very settled in life with a husband and a furbaby thinking we were very content and then we get the news that we are gonna be parents! Our son Toben Duke is due in September and so you know I’ll be thinking of you over these next anxious weeks. It’s honestly been a comfort as you went through the stages of pregnancy, I was right behind you. I definitely did not feel alone on this journey, thank you for sharing with us. You are truly a beautiful soul. I wish you a safe and amazing delivery.

Congratulations on expecting your first baby.

As a Yoga teacher to Mums and under 5′s I would give you a Yoga Session for you and your newborn, incorporating baby massage, songs, stories and relaxation techniques for Mum and baby.

I would then ask you to choose a local Mother and Baby or Child Charity in your area and offer them a free 6 week course for their Mums and children. Everyone deserves relaxation and bonding time.

Enjoy every minute of your pregnancy and your newborn, as a mother and grandmother I can tell you, they sure grow up fast

I’ve attached a picture of my youngest daughter and my grandson enjoying one of my classes.
